Job Title: Contract Manager- GMP Soft ServicesContract type: PermanentLocation: KillarneyWork Environment: Fully onsiteSchedule: Monday – Friday (with weekend availability when needed)Hours: 8:30- 5pmRole overviewThe Contract Manager will manage a soft services contract, ensuring the delivery of services across the site while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with contractual agreements. This role focuses on overseeing operations such as general and GMP cleaning as well as management of sub-contractors. All ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with client expectations. This position will report into the Area Manager.Key Responsibilities of the Contract Manager:

  • Contract Management: Oversee contract execution, ensuring compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and budget management. Handle contract renewals and negotiations.
  • Operational Oversight: Supervise delivery of soft services, develop operational plans, and monitor quality control procedures.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary client contact, build relationships, and report on contract performance.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop contract and subcontracted teams, ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to regulations, prepare performance and financial reports, and manage audits and corrective actions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify cost-saving opportunities, implement innovations, and drive service optimisation.

Key Requirements of the Contract Manager:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) advantageous.
  • Proven experience in managing soft services within the FM industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in financial and contract management.
  • Strong problem-solving, time management, IT and organisational skills.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to service excellence.
