We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Cleaning Trainer to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Facilities Management. As a Cleaning Trainer you’ll: Schedule, deliver, and document training on client site-specific procedures and cleaning standards Develop and maintain training specifications, materials, and SMS training system content Support supervisors in onboarding, audits, Kronos administration, and training compliance tracking Liaise effectively with cleaning teams, supervisors, and clients to ensure consistent high-quality performance What we’re looking for: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with cleaning procedures, equipment, and COSHH standards Experience in delivering training, ideally in a cleaning or facilities environment Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with familiarity using systems like SMS and Kronos Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams A little more about Sodexo: At Sodexo, our purpose is to create a better every day for everyone to build a better life for all.
