Location: British Airways Maintenance Cardiff (BAMC), Cardiff International Airport, Cardiff, Glamorgan, Wales, CF62 3YAWe are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to manage a cleaning team at British Airways Engineering Wales in Rhoose.You will be responsible for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning, ensure that the cleaning staff understand and work to task schedules while following the correct Health & Safety procedures by providing technical training as and when required.Tasks include but not limited to distribute uniforms, monitoring the standard of cleanliness, use of materials and order stocks as necessary. Completing daily site audits identifying areas of concern, management of site waste collections & data, dealing with any issues efficiently and in a professional manner, referring to line manager where appropriate.The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory and cleaning experience. They will have good communication skills, be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude, able to work to a schedule & use their own initiative, numerate, computer-literate, and energetic self-starter.
