*Community based role**Driving licence and access to a car essential as this role requires travel*As a Client Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for your own dedicated geographic region covering counties, Laois, Offaly, Westmeath & Longford with your base office being in Tullamore, Co. Offaly. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our client’s care; this will include service reviews, carrying out risk assessments, and ensuring we are delivering the highest quality person centred care.The Candidate will also play a pivotal role in supporting our carer teams through supervision and support, competency reviews and staff engagement and support.What we can offer you

*Core working hours for the role are Monday to Friday, 08.30 – 17.00. To be successful in this role it may be necessary to work some evenings and weekends and to facilitate reviews and supervision visits.The ideal candidate will

• Be QQI level 5 (major award) qualified in a Healthcare related field and Level 6 certified
• Have a relevant health or social care background
• Have a caring and empathetic nature
• Experience within homecare/healthcare desirable
• Have an experience in service reviews, spot checks, care plans, assessments etc.
• Must have a full clean driving licence and own car.
