Role and ResponsibilitiesJoin CAE’s Business Aviation Training team as Client Services Representative at our Flight Training Centre in Burgess Hill, West Sussex. With 16 flight simulators on site and a busy live-training environment, you will be responsible for coordinating across functional disciplines to achieve Client satisfaction and be the first point of contact for our Clients and Visitors and provide them with all essential information they may require.The role we are offering youIn this role you will be responsible for the in-house Client experience, taking care of daily operations with regards to Client Services, Training Centre experience and reception tasks.

  • Welcome Clients and Visitors into the Training Centre, ensuring registration and security protocols are adhered to.
  • First and main point of contact for all Clients and Visitors throughout their time in the training centre, working cross-functionally with other departments to ensure Customer Service delivery expectations are consistently being met/exceeded.
  • Supporting with the resolution of Client issues, queries or complaints, liasing with other departments and ensuring closed-loop feedback.
  • Carry out administration duties to support Clients during the training process.
  • Support the team in encouraging a maximum return rate of Client surveys, collating and reporting data as required.
  • Stock control and ordering of CAE-branded merchandise for the Training Centre.
  • Supporting Client events.
  • General reception duties.

Our ideal candidate has

  • Previous experience working in a high-level customer facing role.
  • GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent).
  • Previous aviation and/or operational experience (preferably).
  • Excellent PC skills, essentially Word and Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

You are a problem-solver, a well-organised individual and you enjoy handling multiple items in a busy environment.LocationThis on-site position is based at our Business Aviation Training Centre in Burgess Hill, West Sussex. We are offering a full-time and permanent contract. The working hours of the role are Monday to Friday, 39 hours a week. Our new team member would need to be able to work shifts covering between 07:30am (earlier start) and 18:30pm (later finish). Some Bank Holiday working is part of the contract and very occasional weekend work.CAE offers
