Client Success Specialist – Kilkenny CityOur client an Ecommerce Logistics business currently has an opening for a client success specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. Based full time in state-of-the-art offices in Kilkenny City, the successful individual will report to the Client Success Manager.
Duties:
- Develop a clear understanding of each client’s business objectives and align the necessary resources to help them achieve their goals.
- Assist clients through the onboarding process when required.
- Identify opportunities to improve the onboarding experience and develop the processes, tools and templates used by the team.
- Apply creative problem solving to help clients maximise the value they get from our client’s services and reach their business goals.
- Nurture deep relationships that result in client referrals and testimonials.
- Act as the client’s advocate during your interactions with other departments and senior management.
- Other duties/projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience managing client relationships, ideally in a customer success or customer service role.
- Excellent communication, problem solving and issue resolution skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with a range of teams, managing initiatives at scale, and delivering results.
- Strong attention to detail and deadline driven.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
