TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Clinical Nurse Manager 2 on behalf of an Intellectual Disabilities service based in Limerick.Applications are invited for the following posts in Killmallock, Croom & Ballyagran.This is a permanent full-time position, 37.5 Hours (4 day week possible).Salary: €54209 to €64460 plus allowance of €1500Requirements:

• Not less than 3 year’s experience working with children/adults with an intellectual disability in a residential setting.
• Social care worker or Nursing qualification
• Proven managerial skills with not less than three years’ experience at management level and an appropriate management qualification to Fetac/QQI level 6 or equivalent.
• Be able to demonstrate the ability to lead a staff team effectively.
• Experience of managing residential budgets.
• A detailed knowledge of HIQA.
• Experience working with adults with behaviours that challenge (desirable).
• A full Irish manual Driving License
