“Cloud Service Delivery Manager” – (Permanent / Hybrid) DublinBerkley’s Business & Technology division are delighted to be partnering with a key client of ours in their search for an experienced ‘Service Delivery Manager’ to lead their Cloud support team (specialising in AWS & Azure).The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities & be passionate about leading, mentoring & managing a team of ‘Service delivery’ professionals.
Your leadership skills will enable you to foster a collaborative & high-performance culture focused on learning & continuous improvement.The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the service desk, managing KPIs and SLAs & maintaining high standards of client satisfaction.Hiring Manager Quote – (Cloud Service Director) :“The success of this will be judged largely on monitoring & managing KPIs & SLAs, Data which the successful candidate will utilise to implement process improvements & embed a continuous learning culture within the team! We’d like our ‘Cloud Service Leader’ to be adept at analysing performance Data to identify trends & areas for improvement.”Some key requirements that will ensure the selected candidate makes a success of this role include :-

• ITIL certified
• Familiarity with ISO 20000 and ISO 270001 management systems
• Proven experience in service delivery management OR related role.
• Extensive experience with AWS & Azure Cloud services.
• Strong reliability engineering & client service management abilities.
• Effective management of KPIs & SLAs should come naturally.
• You’ll have a clear ability to oversee support operations & request management for AWS / Azure Cloud hosted application services
