We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Milling Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in Sligo. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC milling machines to produce high-precision components used across various industries. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in CNC milling and a commitment to quality.**Key Responsibilities:**
– Set up, program, and operate CNC milling machines to manufacture precision components.
– Interpret and accurately follow engineering drawings and specifications.
– Utilize CAM software, with experience in Powermill highly desirable, to optimize machining processes.
– Monitor machine performance and ensure consistent quality output, making adjustments as needed.
– Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime.
– Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and on-time project delivery.**Requirements:**
– Proven experience in CNC milling operations, with a focus on precision engineering.
– Proficiency in CAM software, ideally with Powermill experience.
– Strong understanding of technical drawings and machining specifications.
– Experience in Injection Mould Tooling is a strong advantage.
– High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
