To focus on improving Collections in the area assigned – individually or in a team / as a team.
To adhere to the BANKS processes and procedures.
To adhere to Audit requirement

Willing to Take challenges and responsibility
Should have the ability to convince the customer to pay on our terms and conditions

Educational Qualification

Should be Graduate
