Reporting Relationship: LOCATION RECOVERY MANAGER (LRM)

Average No. of Direct Reportees : 0 – 2

Job Role / KRA’s

To Ensure Quality portfolio.
To focus on improving Recovery in the area assigned – individually or in a team / as a team.
To ensure adherence MOPP Norms.
To adhere to the BANKS processes and procedures.
To adhere to Audit requirement.

Should have the ability to convince the customer to pay on our terms and conditions
