As a Commercial Analyst, you will be responsible for data analysis, modelling, and project support, with a focus on extracting insights from large datasets to track performance, identify trends, and inform business decisions within a complex retail environment. This job is based in Dublin city centre.Package

Responsibilities of the Commercial Analyst job include:

• Develop innovative, data-driven solutions to support commercial decision-making across the business.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver insightful, actionable reports.
• Lead the development of Irish reporting in partnership with the Commercial Support Analyst.
• Analyse performance and provide reporting on promotions, new products, seasonal events, and category reviews.
• Support pricing and promotional strategy, including maintaining and updating pricing across the ROI business.
• Provide analysis for key projects such as supply chain improvements, pricing initiatives, and franchise performance.
• Build links with UK analytics teams to enhance reporting capabilities and identify new opportunities for data-led improvements.

Requirements of the Commercial Analyst job include:

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and numerical skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience creating Power BI reports.
• Ability to present data clearly and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Confident working with stakeholders at all levels to understand business needs and influence decisions.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to use data insights to support business decisions and strategy.
• Eagerness to learn new tools and an understanding of food or supply chain systems is a plus.
