We are recruiting for a talented Commercial Business Analyst to join a dynamic team and support the growth of the business through data-driven decision-making and strategic insights.In this role, you’ll be working closely with the Senior Commercial Business Analyst and will have the opportunity to shape key business processes that drive performance. You’ll be at the heart of delivering accurate reporting and actionable dashboards, using your expertise in SQL, VBA, Power Query, and other cutting-edge tools. You’ll also play a pivotal role in developing key insights, influencing pricing strategies, and streamlining business operations across multiple departments.Your Responsibilities:🌟 Drive Business Insights: Develop and maintain reporting systems, dashboards, and performance metrics to support data-driven decisions at all levels of the organisation.🌟 Streamline Processes: Own and optimise data intake, validation, modelling, and visualisation processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency across the business.🌟 Project Leadership: Take charge of exciting projects, tracking progress, managing time-lines, and delivering results that positively impact the organisation.🌟 Pricing & Product Life-cycle Management: Oversee pricing analysis, create pricing strategies, and manage the product life-cycle to ensure seamless internal and external distribution.🌟 Continuous Improvement: Collaborate across teams to identify and implement process improvements that increase business efficiency and accuracy.What We Are Looking For:✔️ Skills & Experience:

• Advanced Excel skills (you’ll be using it a lot!)
