FunctionLogistics, Transportation,Warehousing, Supply ChainJob DescriptionCommercial & Logistics AdministratorWe are now looking for the above to support our commercial, logistics and customer services teams in the oilseed processing arm of our business.Your Responsibilities

  • To work with our customer services team on administering orders coming into the business.
  • To undertake contract execution and maintenance in liaison with internal colleagues and customers.
  • To liaise with our trading and commercial teams on administering contracts.
  • Liaising with our customer base in terms of demand planning and contract alignment.
  • To work with the logistics team in terms of arranging haulier deliveries and collections.
  • To maintain an understanding of customs to assist with executing loads into the European market.
  • To check and liaise with our Shared Service Centre team on the processing of invoices.
  • To undertake research, collate reports and KPI’s to support and help guide business decisions.
  • Other administrative duties as directed by the Commercial Operations Manager or other members of the Erith management team.

Your Profile

  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Educated to A level standard or the proven ability to operate at that level.
  • Good IT skills including the main MS Office packages and confident using in-house bespoke IT systems (knowledge of SAP would be an advantage).
  • An organized approach to work with the ability to manage a busy workload in a timely manner.
  • Able to communicate confidently to individuals at all levels inside and outside of the organization.
  • Experience with contract management would be an advantage.
  • Previously knowledge/experience with haulage, logistics or customer services would be an advantage.
