Hartley People Recruitment in partnership with our client are hiring for a Commercial Site Manager in Waterford.We are seeking an experienced Commercial Site Manager to oversee the completion of a commercial project. This pivotal role will involve managing subcontractors, coordinating internal fit-outs, and ensuring the successful execution of external finishes.About the Role:

• Oversee all aspects of site management, with a primary focus on fit-out and external finish activities.
• Coordinate and manage multiple subcontractors to maintain timelines and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budgets and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations on site.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address challenges and deliver project milestones.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing large-scale commercial projects, with a strong emphasis on commercial fit-outs.
• A solid understanding of civil works and the ability to navigate complex project requirements.
• Proven experience in managing multiple subcontractors effectively.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Candidates ideally located within an hour of Waterford for ease of site access.
• Full driving licence as company vehicle provided.
