  • Ad-hoc and internal communications: supporting the CGA function in the creation and deployment of key internal communications with stakeholders across the business.
  • Video and image creation: supporting creation and capturing of both video and imagery for internal purposes. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud software (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign and Lightroom) is required to create assets which will support internal communications activities.
  • Day-to-day management of internal/external channels: managing various Content Management Systems on a day-to-day basis such as our intranet, analysing key metrics such as engagement and reach regularly. Ensuring content on internal and external platforms remains consistent with our messaging.
  • Channels analysis: delivery of regular channel analysis which summarises Performance against KPIs to support internal channel optimisation within the Business.
  • Liaising with stakeholders: working with both internal & external stakeholders, e.g. global CGA team and media agencies, in the creation/deployment of internal campaigns and Disease Awareness Campaigns.

  • Graduate with a degree or qualification in communications, media or journalism, Government Affairs, Business Studies or similar
  • Articulate communicator with excellent writing skills
  • Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud software (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign and Lightroom)
  • Adept across digital media channels with analytical ability to measure the impact of content (engagement, reach etc)
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships across the business
