Cloughjordan Development Group CLG. Community Employment Supervisor. Applicants must have: Competency in one or more of the following areas: Business/Financial Administration, Communications and Interpersonal Skills, Training, Human Resources, People Management, ICT Skills (e.g. Microsoft Office) and Payroll 3 years supervisory experience. Major 3rd level qualification (NFQ level 6 or higher) is desirable for this role. Competent writing skills and excellent communication skills. Proven ability to maintain a computerised data system. Full clean driving licence with own transport. Education certificates to be made available at interview. Principal Duties: To ensure the effective and efficient management and co-ordination of the CE Scheme. Assist in all financial aspects of the CE scheme including payroll management, preparation of accounts and all financial reports to the Board and funding bodies. Sourcing and costing effective training/development for participants. Planning and co-ordinating the agreed/approved work schedules for participants. Carry out any other function relevant to the position of CE Supervisor as indicated by the Sponsor. Shortlisting may apply. Job Start Date: As soon as possible.
