We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.This is a fulltime post of 37 hours per week, with a shift pattern of Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.Applications from 2024 Newly Qualified Nurse/Midwife, will not be considered for this post.You need to have a live NMC UK pin in order to be considered for this post.This post requires PVG Scheme Membership/Disclosure Scotland Check.We are seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse with a strong interest in working with individuals with complex mental health needs in a community setting. You will be responsible for managing your own community caseload under the direct supervision from the Nurse Team Leader & Band 6 Charge Nurses. You will also be responsible for the co-ordination of care delivery and the provision of direct delivery of care via mediums of one to one sessions, treatment clinics and Resource Centre Duty. You will provide skilled nursing support and effective care planning, implementation and evaluation of agreed interventions under the supervision of the Nurse Team Leader & Band 6 Charge Nurses. It is essential you are a Registered Mental Health Nurse with excellent communication and organisational skills with experience working in a mental health setting. You will provide supervision to junior staff.
