We are recruiting for a Company Secretary Consultant in the Oil & Gas space in London, providing high-quality advice and support to the C-Suite department. The ideal candidate will possess strong company secretariat experience within complex structures.The Company Secretary Consultant will report to board to assist development the framework of this newly created Joint Venture.

• Provide expert advice and support to the C-Suite department
• Creation of governance framework
• Management of international subsidiaries
• Provision of board & committee support
• Rationalisation projects
• Approval of dividends
• Delisting of entities
• Manage and mitigate any potential risks
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Continually strive for excellence and innovation

Company Secretary Consultant Project|Oil & GasA successful Company Secretary Consultant should have:

• Expert knowledge within the secretariat space – ideally knowledge of the listed environment, complex structures or joint ventures.
• Experience implementing frameworks
• Strong board & committee management
• International subsidiary management experience
• Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to professional development and continuous learning
