ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Lex Consultancy is delighted to be partnered with a growing professional services firm with the hiring of an experienced Company Secretary on a permanent contract.In this unique role, you will gain hands-on experience providing top-tier company secretarial services to a diverse portfolio of clients, including accountants, solicitors, tax advisors, and directors.Enjoy the advantage of big-firm company secretarial exposure at a strategic level within a specialised, close knit environment.This position is fully remote position bar one core day based in the office. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants flexibility as well technical co sec work.ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients spanning various industries
- Draft company secretarial documents, including completion of statutory and regulatory filings, maintain statutory books (annual returns, beneficial ownership register, financial statements, allotment & transfer of shares).
- Liaise with clients and the Company Registration Office on a regular basis
- Prepare reports for the management team
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Minimum 3 years’ Company Secretarial experience
- Experience working with an accountancy or law firm is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, excellent organisational skills
