Position: Concessions Operations Lead @ State Farm Stadium – Full Time/Non-Exempt

Reports to: Director of Concessions

Background:

Craft Culinary Concepts is a food and beverage company, affiliated with the Arizona Cardinals, that brings top-tier service and management to leading stadiums, sports venues, cultural attractions, and music venues across the nation. State Farm Stadium is host to the home games and Training Camp for the Arizona Cardinals. In addition, this property hosts many high-profile events, including the Fiesta Bowl, Super Bowls, Concerts, and many other world-class events.

Job Summary:

The Concessions Operations Lead will be responsible for assisting the Director of Concessions with the overall operational and administrative objectives of the concession department.

Primary Job Duties:

Coordinate the equipment placement for current and upcoming events.

Work with Director of Concessions to appropriately schedule associates necessary to complete ongoing tasks and/or projects.

Supervise concession associates and direct their daily tasks accordingly. Ensure tasks are being completed in a timely manner.

Regularly meet with Director of Concessions to execute any/all event changes.

Assist with the administrative needs of the department.

Recommend, implement, and maintain all preventative maintenance programs as well as the finalization of any/all equipment repairs prior to each event.

Assist with the planning, execution, and entry of month-end inventories while ensuring proper inventory controls.

Properly train existing and incoming Supervisors, Stand Leads, and Cashiers.

Assist with department hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing training.

Continually maintain sanitation and product quality standards

Comply with CCC’s established policies and procedures.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Effective communication skills across a diverse population of employees, clients, partners, etc.

Ability to multi-task and troubleshoot in a high stress, fast-paced, live production work environment

Must be at least 18 years old

Must have a valid TEAM or TIP certification card

Must have a valid County Food Handler Card on file with Craft Culinary Concepts and in your possession for each event worked

Must have a H.S Diploma or equivalent

Flexibility and positive attitude a must

Must be able to work with a group as well as independently

Preferred supervisory experience

Experience in sports and entertainment industry a plus

Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to work in extreme temperature fluctuations and around excessive noise
