Job Qualifications

Five years of experience in wireless, telecom or cable services and/or budgeting forecasting, planning. Experience in managing vendor relations and knowledge of installation level/command structure is preferred.

Or

Bachelor’s degree and three years of experience in wireless, telecom or cable services and/or budgeting forecasting, planning. Experience in managing vendor relations and knowledge of installation level/command structure is preferred.

Major Duties

Collaborates with internet providers, cellular providers and contractors to implement infrastructure improvements, leveraging latest technologies (macrocell small cell, etc.)

Manages major projects/programs to improve connectivity, internet and cable services on military installations; adjusts plans accordingly.

Conducts financial analysis, utilizes operational oversight/service marketing to drive subscriber and telecom business growth.

Works with base command to determine installation wide deliveries.

Performs other duties as assigned.
