Our client, a prominent and innovative leader in the building materials industry, is seeking an experienced Construction Commercial Manager to oversee and optimize their business operations from inception to completion.In this role, your primary responsibility will be to manage and coordinate the organization’s daily operations, along with driving annual sales growth and business development. This encompasses supervising staff, developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.Additionally, you will manage the budgetary and financial aspects of the business and collaborate closely with all departments to ensure alignment with the company’s overarching objectives. • Drive annual growth and business development
• Formulate clear strategies and plans for increasing product sales and advancing product development
• Consolidate the product portfolio
• Introduce new products to the existing range
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Supervise and manage the sales team
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, main contractors, and stakeholders
• Implement and enhance operational processes
• Resolve on-site issues and manage risks

Requirements:

• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods and regulations
• Experience overseeing the strategic growth of a business, and coordinating day-to-day activities
• Experience overseeing budgetary and financial matters, e.g. Managing budgets, monitoring financial performance, and developing strategies for increased product sales and product development
