  • Provide support for the master programme across all projects.
  • Assist in creating, maintaining, and reviewing detailed master construction programmes by providing accurate and timely data.
  • Contribute to the generation of phasing plans and handover strategies.
  • Implement and uphold project control procedures to ensure consistent performance.
  • Support programme progress tracking and reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Assist with programming requirements for non-live sites, from initial concept through to project close.
  • Aid in the development and maintenance of the Master Programme dashboard, proactively identifying current and future project statuses.
  • Liaise with internal teams, including design, PMO, and other departments, to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary project team environment.

As a Construction Planner:

  • Holds a Level 8 degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field (or equivalent qualifications).
  • Has relevant construction experience, with a preference for residential projects.
  • Familiarity with programming and scheduling software is an advantage but not essential.
  • Possesses the ability to travel and has access to their own transport.
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills with the ability to influence decisions effectively.
  • Exhibits a keen eye for detail and a commitment to achieving high standards in time and quality targets.
  • Displays methodical and accurate work habits, ensuring attention to detail.
  • Works well with individuals at all levels, showcasing strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Is self-motivated and able to work independently, taking initiative as needed.
  • Effectively manages multiple tasks simultaneously and takes ownership of assigned responsibilities.
