What will you be doing?:In this role, you will support financial institutions in their transformation journey. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Supporting transformation: Assist financial institutions in adapting to change, focusing on areas such as Operations in Banking & Insurance, Customer & Commercial Services, and Finance Transformation.
- Analyzing business processes: Conduct research, analyze processes, and identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitating workshops: Work with senior team members to support workshops, gather business requirements, and document key insights.
- Coordinating activities: Assist in coordinating and supporting project activities across multiple teams, working closely with project/program managers.
- Context-driven initiatives: Learn about and contribute to projects in areas like Daily Banking, Lending, Investments, and Life or Non-Life Insurance.
- Other projects to improve business acumen of mainly Banking & Insurance.
What do you bring to the table?:This job is for you if you:
- Strong academic background: Hold a master’s degree in business engineering, applied economics or a similar field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Have 1 year of experience in consulting and/or the financial sector. First audit experience, internal or external, within a financial services context is a strong asset.
- Knowledge of banking and/or insurance products is a plus.
- Language proficiency: Are fluent in Dutch and French, with strong English skills.
- Eager to learn: Are motivated to develop your skills and take on new challenges.
- Stakeholder interaction: Communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
- Autonomy and teamwork: Work independently while being a strong team player.
- Analytical mindset: Have a structured and problem-solving approach.
- Certifications: Any knowledge of BPMN 2.0, PMI, Prince 2, Lean, Agile (SAFe, Scrum), or analytics (PowerBI, Tableau…) is a plus but not required.
