15+ years in implementation of Inventory Management and Order Management solutions. 

Preferable to have knowledge on UIM, OSM, & ASAP, Siebel CRM

Key Skills:

1. Direct engagement with business & IT stakeholders in customers & experience in handling project deliveries (hands on preferred with preference to Oracle Technologies)

2.Good understanding across technologies covering Transmission, Access, IP-MPLS, and other core Telecom technologies across 2G, 3G, 4G and also 5G

3.Able to enable new channels of engagement with vendors and telecom service providers for data modelling and able to define inventory & discovery reconciliation models.

4. Desirable to have hands on experience of building UIM cartridges for Network Inventory and Topology as well as OSM process implementation or XQuery.

5. Understand process flows, automation requirements to enable Order Management for Network Build through OSM and similar products.

6. Act as lead UIM and Oracle OSM lead architect.

7. Good to have development capabilities and out of box thinking to enable automation for Network Build as well understanding on restful API’s and generic integration technologies.

8. Scoping, planning and estimation for deliverables during pre-sales as well as during project deliveries.

9. Meet regularly with project stakeholders and define project goals and objectives as well as lead budget and resource allocation through all project phases.

10. Able to defend solution, estimations, timelines, deliverables with the customer, negotiate and able to present across CxO level.

11. Oversee day-to-day technical operations, including assignments and personnel review.

12. Exposure to cloud native technologies is desirable.

This director position is responsible for managing business operations and resources of a given practice that can be defined by industry, service line, technology center, specialty area or region. Responsible for managing the three main pillars of a practice: people management, portfolio/delivery management and sales enablement. Has profit and loss responsibility or financial/expense management of practice.
