This central office manages calls, orders and emails for the whole of the UK. They are looking for someone who can bring previous team leader / supervisory or management experience. This will be from a hire, rental or construction or similar type environment.Responsibilities of the Contact Centre Manager:Managing and leading a team of 25 members of staffResponsible for the performance of the team, recruitment, training and development.Assist the hire team, dealing with enquiries over the phone or emails, arranging the on/off hire of machinery.Hold regular meetings with the team, distributing workloads as well as motivating the team.Submit KPI’s working towards and achieving P+L’s.Account management, ensuring all customer needs are metRequirements as the Contact Centre Manager:Excellent communication skillsHave a proven plant/hire/construction related and management background.Previous experience working as an Office Manager, Contact Centre Manager, Customer Service Manager, Office Supervisor, Office teamleader, Rental Manager, Hire Manager, Hire Desk Manager or similarAbility to work under pressure to set deadlines and prioritise tasksA confident and flexible attitudeBenefits for the Contact Centre Manager:Monday to Friday working hours (8am-5pm)Salary up to £50,000 DOEChances to grow in the role and potentially step up into other roles or areas of the business25 days holiday plus bank holidaysCompany bonus schemePension SchemeApply NOW or contact Georgina on 01933667220 or to find out more on this Contact Centre Manager role!
