We’re a global team of conscientious professionals committed to driving CX Excellence in Ecommerce headquartered in London, UK with colleagues based across the UK, US, Canada, and Europe.We are looking for a Content and Community Marketing Manager (CCMM) based in the UK who is excited about shaping the way we engage with our customers and prospective customers on our fast-growth journey. You will be writing and producing content that gets senior ecommerce professionals excited about DigitalGenius and how we can help them.As a CCMM, you will work closely with our Head of Demand Generation to help shape a content strategy and content calendar that helps the entire business. With input from leaders from all teams you will be producing a range of content to suit different needs and situations. From helping our sales teams to make the first contact with new prospects, to educating partner businesses, all the way through to informing new and existing customers about our developments.You will also need to form relationships with our community of outstanding ecommerce leaders, to help us create a leading Customer Experience community.You will need to be a proficient copywriter and editor, as well as confident in delivering visual content such as graphics and videos with the help of our design team. Technical knowledge is not necessary, but an ability to digest technical information and relay it to a non-technical audience is essential.The opportunity here at DigitalGenius offers an excellent opportunity for rapid career development, reward, and a true exposure into the world of AI.

  • Shape, plan, execute and report on a content plan for the whole business
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand their content needs to create material for the full sales cycle
  • Build and nurture relationships with our customer champions, to form a strong community through content, events, social media, online groups and other methods
  • Write and publish enticing thought leadership content
  • Create engaging blogs, optimised for search engines, on a range of product and industry topics
  • Film and edit videos showcasing product features and other educational content
  • Help shape our customer stories and case study content
  • Design and draft newsletters for a range of segmented audiences
  • Produce and host virtual events featuring the DigitalGenius team, our customers and our partners
  • Craft social media posts for LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Write ad copy promoting your content and DigitalGenius
  • Bring creative ideas to the table and be willing and able to deliver them

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing or content-creating role, either at an agency or in-house
  • Excellent copywriting abilities in English
  • Creative thinking, combined with an ability to execute
  • Ability to produce high quality content week in, week out
  • A self-starter able to work independently and within a team
  • An ability to execute on your own ideas, and follow instructions
  • Always looking to embrace new technologies and new challenges
  • Ambitious and motivated
  • Comfortable with the rapid, unpredictable nature of a tech start-up
  • Good time-management

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms
  • Understanding of social media platforms and how to produce and publish effectively
  • Knowledge of Hubspot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, webinar platforms.
  • Familiarity with Framer would be excellent but not essential.
