BASED: North County Dublin
COMPANY : Specialise in Liquid Waste Management, Hazardous Waste, Drain Maintenance and CCTV underground surveys.
Company carry out work in the Food, Pharma, Hospitality and Construction Sector among others. We provide cost effective and safe solutions to all types liquid and hazardous waste. All our staff are trained to the highest standards and are provided with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Company Seeks:
A Sales Executive to develop our business in an ever-expanding Light Commercial / Property Management Sector.
The successful candidate should have a background either in Facilities Management or Property Management. Previous Experience in the Drain Maintenance Business would also be an advantage.
The successful applicant must be a dynamic self-starter with a successful track record. An attractive salary is on offer and the package will be commensurate to his/her experience, will include company vehicle and commission options.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the business development strategy and sales plan on construction sites.
- Provide Customers with estimates, bids, and scope of work.
- Assist with Sales enquiries.
- Drive forward the business key components on construction sites and a knowledge of key accounts across the sector accurately forecasting sales plans that can be adapted to ever changing environment and market.
- Formulation of sales targets and strategies to maximize efficiency.
- Develop excellent internal relationships with critical internal functions particularly Sales and Marketing.
- Carry out planned Marketing and Sales with the in house marketing department to promote the company narrative.
- Provide sales forecast and reviews using Key Performance Indicators.
Essential and Desirable Skills:
- Selling into the sector and formulating strategies & concepts.
- Entrepreneurial mind set with strong commercial mindset.
- Persuasion and influencing skills and cold calling .
- Ability to drive results and deliver.
- Must be creative and adaptive.
- Excellent presentations and interpersonal skills.
Experience Required:
- Construction industry experience and knowledge is essential.
- 2 years proven track record in construction and their sites.
- Advanced skills in communicating, selling and negotiating.
- Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs.
- Clean C licence.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft and their spread sheets.
