Key aspects of the role are performance management, commercial management and reporting, ensuring that Imperial benefits from exceptional levels of service and value for money from its maintenance delivery partners.We are seeking an individual with a proven track record in a contract management role in a hard FM/Maintenance environment, with either a client-side or contractor side perspective.
