This is an excellent opportunity to work for a successful local law firm with a national reputation.In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to a conveyancer and the wider team with their caseload of matters, working at an organisation that has a strong reputation in the Yorkshire area. This is a great opportunity to become a part of a reputable residential team in a well-established practice.The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual, ready to take the initiative and provide substantial support to the wider team. The firm are on the lookout for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant, who has a proven 12 months experience in the Conveyancing Legal Sector.Roles & Responsibilities
- Creating accounts and records
- Opening and closing files
- Conducting searches
- Conducting client checks
- Client relationship management
- General administration support in a busy conveyancing department
The Person:
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in a conveyancing environment
- Proactive and supportive
- Excellent administration skills
