This is a major UK law firm with offices in the UK and Asia. It enjoys market leading presence in a number of key industry sectors such as Tech, Retail, Insurance, and FS. The corporate team is core to the firm and has well earned Tier 1 ranking in mid market private M&A deals. The team seeks a 3-6pqe lawyer with strong private M&A experience ideally from a comparable peer firm. There will also be exposure to some public M&A, JVs, and general advisory matters. The quality of work here is top notch, and the demands although full on at times, are nothing like as excessive as at some firms. So it’s a good balance here. to £125k+CompanyBackground
