Hartley People Recruitment in partnership with our client are currently recruiting Corporate Contract Manager covering the Northeast Area – (Dublin to Belfast).Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Translate strategic and tactical business plans into actionable implementation plans to ensure profitable performance for assigned accounts.
  • Leverage all customer information sources, particularly Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, to effectively communicate and sell the value and service proposition to customers.
  • Meet sales, profitability, and other targets for the designated customer accounts, utilizing Activity Based Management (ABM) principles.
  • Collaborate with the branch network, segments, and channels to ensure a comprehensive understanding and commitment to the service proposition, ensuring its successful delivery to customers.
  • Manage designated accounts, including the execution of development plans.
  • Identify non-segment accounts with potential for significant growth and support colleagues in the branch network to nurture these accounts.
  • Actively contribute to the effective operation of the business through participation in senior team activities.
  • Provide management with necessary reports, information, and feedback to aid in strategic planning, budgeting, and performance management, adhering to agreed formats and timelines.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of a degree in Marketing, Finance, or Purchasing.
  • Experience in managing people.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or service industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems is desirable.

Additional Skills:

  • Strong background in teamwork.
  • Ability to work with detailed information in a structured manner.
  • Excellent communication and numeracy skills.
  • Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
  • Understanding of Health & Safety issues.

  • Conscientious and hardworking, with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple issues simultaneously.
