No exceptions”Job DescriptionOur extremely efficient Logistics department in Birmingham, is looking to add to our team of Co-Ordinators; this role would be suitable for someone looking to begin a successful career in a Logistics environment, for a competitive salary.Are you an experienced accounting professional seeking a new challenge in a dynamic and rapidly expanding automotive retail environment? Brayleys Cars Ltd. is looking for a Corporate Logistics Co-Ordinator to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our continued growth and success.Reporting to the Corporate Logistics Manager, you will be focused on ensuring all aspects of the Logistics administration and co-ordination process are met to provide a consistent and compliant approach to our Logistics process.You will be responsible for optimising the efficiency, compliance and organisation of the Logistics process. Within this remit, you will be responsible for booking deliveries in with customers, booking collections in PDI centres and other Brayley’s Sites, updating several department and customer systems, sending and chasing PODs, dealing with any pre/post delivery queries and updating our fleet tracker.We want you to naturally and courteously interact with our suppliers and other 3rd party contacts, on the telephone or on-line, to guarantee a great experience, ensuring their demands and needs are addressed.The Ideal Candidate

• Knowledge of Kerridge is preferred
• Strong interpersonal, rapport building skills
• Strong communication skills
• Adept with Microsoft excel and similar software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
