An excellent CRO in the clinical research domain, offers a stellar opportunity for professional growth and development for a CRA. The role involves travel across the Netherlands and Belgium, but unlike similar roles you won’t have to travel abroad too much (2x/month), meaning more time in the comfort of your own home.Benefits– Flexible working environment: Options to work remotely or from the office close to Ghent.– International teamwork: Collaborate with international study teams and travel to countries like the Netherlands, and possibly the UK, France, and Germany.– Broadening of expertise: Gain exposure to advanced oncology trials and regulatory activities, enhancing your professional skills and experience.Role Responsibilities– Conducting Site Initiation Visits (SIVs), Site Monitoring Visits (SMVs), and Site Closeout Visits (SCOVs) to ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.– Engaging in international collaborations and traveling for monitoring purposes, aligning with the company’s goal of maintaining high standards in clinical trials.– Participating in department-wide tasks for process optimization and maintaining an up-to-date personal dossier, including training records and CV.Requirements– Degree in life sciences, preferably higher vocational education or academic degree, with at least 1-2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.– Proficient in Dutch, with fluency in French and English, alongside excellent knowledge of ICH-GCP and applicable regulatory requirements.– Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to work independently, with a willingness to travel to other countries for monitoring purposes.If interested, apply ASAP.
