Join us as we embark on a once-in-a-lifetime, largescale transformation journey to build a bigger, better, and safer National Lottery that delivers more money to good causes.Role Purpose:Reporting to the Head of Finance Operations, the role will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced accounts receivable function. You will drive the team responsible for managing recovery of outstanding amounts due from retailers.Ensuring risk exposure is minimal and appropriate mitigation is in place, whilst being a champion for retailer advocacy.Taking ownership of the direct debit processes to facilitate collection from our retailers and our subscription players, you will provide sufficient resolutions to problems and queries.Communicate effectively with a host of stakeholders around the business to ensure you are continually driving process improvement.You will act as the senior point of contact for the credit & collections team driving change, efficiency and high-performance resultsRole Responsibilities:
