JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Role :

  • Responsible for processing and underwriting of Finance deals as per credit policy .
  • Ensure adherence to credit policy and defined processes and CAM quality and imparting training to Credit Processing Team/ Team Management.
  • Maintaining defined TATs for approval and TAT / Performance Management of processing Team
  • Imparting induction and continuous training programs for credit team and MIS management
  • To ensure audit compliance and regulatory compliance
  • Monitoring of Delinquencies / Infants

Job Requirements :

  • CA Inter / CA / MBA (Finance)
  • Experience of minimum 2 years in financing business, preferably in a credit role for Commercial Vehicles.
  • Good analytical skills and understanding of Commercial Vehicle market

Provide sound, independent, and unsolicited credit advice and recommendations on Agri SME credit proposals. Handle all types of working capital requirements (fund-based and non-fund-based), commodity finance, and project loans for Agri SME enterprises. Conduct thorough credit appraisals, including financial analysis to assess solvency, liquidity, and repayment capacity of entities. Prepare detailed appraisal notes and perform credit checks. Present proposals to various sanctioning forums as per approval authorizations, ensuring all queries from the approving authority are satisfactorily addressed. Conduct customer meetings and site visits at factories, offices, and residences to assess business operations, inventory, and working environment. Interact regularly with the approving authority, providing necessary information to support informed decision-making and sharing independent views on credit and economic developments. Monitor and manage the local credit portfolio proactively, identifying and mitigating risks through in-depth knowledge of individual credit-takers. Engage with business teams to revise account strategies or credit ratings as needed. Ensure timely renewal of accounts and manage portfolio enhancements efficiently. Align decision-making with business requirements while maintaining the quality of decisions and adhering to laid-down policies through regular discussions with business teams.
