Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Pre-ITO Phase: Provide technical expertise and develops technical solutions regarding our CIC portfolio while interfacing with the commercial team. Promote our Telecom solutions to our customers through Seminars, webinars…
  • ITO Phase: Provide Technical analysis of client need to build a competitive technical offer: definition and optimization of the products; scope (description); schedule; industrial scheme; cost, considering contract and internal policies and procedures
  • Support the commercial Team to build the winning bid strategy leveraging his deep understanding of relevant markets and customer economic and Technologic value.
  • Support any technical clarification during bid and negotiation processes and acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
  • May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information, developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.

Qualifications:

  • Telecom/ Electronic or Industrial IT Engineer with at least 5 years of Experience in the field Power Transmission and/or Industries
  • Good knowledge of the telecom market ( Players, regulation, products/solutions, and key differentiators…)
  • Strong technical knowledge ( Commissioning or engineering or Technical Lead background from OEM or Electricity Transmission Utility) with a sale mindset ( customer oriented)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
  • Established project management skills.
  • Fluent in English and French ( Portuguese will be a plus)
