RoleWe’re looking to hire an engaged and passionate Customer Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing growing Keelvar team. This person’s focus will be on customer growth and they will lead on customer activation, expansion and retention initiatives.The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and partner closely with Customer Success and Sales teams. This person will be excellent at building relationships, a creative and analytical thinker with experience building and executing customer marketing programs in a fast-paced, agile environment.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute customer marketing strategies to drive activation: getting our customer to their “Aha Moment” and helping them maximize the value they get from Keelvar.Create upsell and cross-sell expansion campaigns for existing customers, leveraging channels like email, events, webinars, direct mail, in-app notifications and more.Analyze customer data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities to segment and personalize marketing campaigns for maximum impact.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Sales, Marketing Product, Support) to provide customer insights and align on customer-focused initiatives.Partner with Customer Success to connect customers with the right educational resources to drive product adoption.Implement lifecycle engagement and communication programs that highlight the experience and success of current customers.The voice of the customer will be your guiding light to effectively tell the right stories and build compelling messaging and promotional copy.Work closely with Customer Success and Sales to plan and execute both large and small scale customer events such as workshops, annual customer conferences and Customer Advisory Boards.Activate campaigns internally via a coordinated communication and enablement plan.Measure and report on the success of customer campaign performance and marketing-influenced pipeline.Create a growing and active community – get feedback, participate in feeding our product roadmap etc.Your profileBA/BS in marketing, communications, business or related field.Minimum of 4 years in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, retention and customer success roles, preferably in a tech, B2B SaaS or startup environment.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate, communicate, and project manage across teams.Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand and articulate key business drivers to senior decision makers in a variety of industry sectors.Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Confident in presenting and leading discussions with both large and small customer groups.Experienced crafting polished messaging to drive customer product usage and retentionA passion for serving customersA balance of creative thinking, solid project management and analytical skillsAn energetic team-focused attitude.
