Burton-On-Trent, DE14 3HD
Monday – Friday 36.5 hours per week
Rotating shift pattern – 8am – 4pm and 9am – 5pm (early finish on a Friday)

This is a full-time, office-based role (five days per week). You will have the option of hybrid working after your six-month settling-in period.What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be a natural communicator with a talent for problem-solving. You’ll be organised, able to prioritise tasks effectively and thrive in a busy environment. Most importantly, you’ll be passionate about providing outstanding customer service.This is an office-based role in our busy contact centre. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as you’ll be assisting customers by phone and email.What skills will you need?
