Customer Service AdvisorLocation: CreweSalary: up to £26,000 per annumHours: Monday to Friday (9am-5pm)Acorn by Syngergie has an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic customer Service Advisor to join a growing team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for the customers, providing top-notch service and support. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships.Responsibilities will include:
- Handle customer enquiries via telephone, email and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals and improve service delivery.
- Keep up to date with company products, services and policies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations.
- Proficient in IT
