Customer Service AdvisorLocation: CreweSalary: up to £26,000 per annumHours: Monday to Friday (9am-5pm)Acorn by Syngergie has an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic customer Service Advisor to join a growing team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for the customers, providing top-notch service and support. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships.Responsibilities will include:

  • Handle customer enquiries via telephone, email and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals and improve service delivery.
  • Keep up to date with company products, services and policies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations.
  • Proficient in IT
