Customer Service Advisor – Entry-LevelThe entry-level Customer Service Advisor will be working within and promoting the Company Values – Be Brave, Be Wise, Be Proud and Exceed.The Customer Advisors will be able to multi-task, think on their feet, resolve issues quickly and decisively, deliver on promises, have excellent attention to detail, analyse information and act according to the information presented, and perform under pressure.Covalen has over 25 years of experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Managed Services provision. They provide tailored Outsourcing Solutions across all industry sectors including Banking, Financial Services and Insurance, Information Technology, Gaming, Energy and Utilities. The Covalen team is supporting a financial client with growth in the Irish market. These roles will be based in Limerick City Centre. Covalen is growing its team to work in Financial Customer Support. The mission of the team is to provide best-in-class support to customers.Covalen is an equal opportunity employer.Responsibilities:Manage inbound and outbound phone calls in an efficient and timely manner.
