Customer Service AdvisorCan you bring your administrative skills to our Customer Service department? Join our team based at Willenhall -UK and enjoy a collaborative culture that empowers you to build a career you can be proud of.What would you do as our Customer Service AdvisorAs our Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for advising and interacting with customers to provide answers to queries involving our product or services offered by Door Hardware Group. As part of this exciting opportunity you will process customer orders, promote tools available to customers, support & update customer regarding their orders and delivery status as well as providing first line support for technical queries from our customers.You would also:

  • Answer customer calls within agreed Service Levels for Door Hardware Group
  • Ensure that all calls taken are wrapped up at the end of each call.
  • Provide support with orders on price hold, stock hold, credit hold and take ownership of these activities to ensure that we deliver the best service possible to our customers
  • Maintain Door Hardware Group Document Management to ensure accurate and up to date information is available
  • Resolve any complaints and escalate to Customer Services Manager where necessary to ensure a timely resolution is provided to our customers

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working within a busy, customer focused environment
  • Has the ability to work under pressure, to deadlines with a strong determination to solve problems and resolve queries
  • Is positive and friendly telephone manner.
  • Has experience of using Microsoft office packages with good computer skills
  • Is confident and resilient with the ability to deal with conflict and difficult people
