Salary: £25,528We’re seeking passionate and dedicated Customer Service Advisors to join a well-established company in Belper. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team where you’ll help deliver excellent customer service and contribute to the overall success of the business.Your Responsibilities:Assist Customers: Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, SMS, live chat, and WhatsApp, helping them schedule engineer visits and resolve their issues.Ensure Positive Experiences: Use your customer service expertise to provide a smooth, positive experience for every customer you interact with.Service Delivery: Respond to calls and emails in line with service level agreements, and schedule engineer visits using the Salesforce platform.Build Strong Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with customers by keeping them informed and ensuring they are satisfied with the service they receive.What We’re Looking For:Qualifications: GCSE Grade 4 (or equivalent) in English.Customer-Centric Mindset: A real passion for delivering outstanding customer service.Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft applications and web-based platforms.Strong Communication: Friendly, approachable, and able to communicate effectively with customers.Positive and Proactive: A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.Experience: Previous experience in a contact centre is an advantage but not essential.Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently or as part of a team while staying motivated to achieve success.Brook Street NMR is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
