Job description
The Customer Service Advisor role is pivotal to the operations of an Conveyancing company and requires a candidate proficient in handling customer queries and providing excellent service.
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Provide information regarding remortgage applications
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Liaising with institutional lenders, borrowers and legal firms in relation to Remortgage applications.
- Answer all queries within service levels.
- Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed customer service goals.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer service experience.
- Participate in regular training and development sessions.
