You are empathic and this comes across in everything you do.As our next Customer Service professional, you will be managing various cases daily via phone (albeit low volume), email and the self-service portal. You will be working with the whole team and wider business, and play a vital role in the growth and maintenance of our customer base.Because it’s not about being on the phone all day, it is about providing a partnership with the customer and working collaboratively with the team in a variety of ways to gain a sense of achievement.
