As a Customer Service Manager of ASC-Toronto, you will manage the staffing and development of a team of 3-4 Customer Service Representatives while handling the daily operations of the department within PPG’s Aerospace Division. You will need to work in a highly collaborative environment communicating our customers changing priorities to our operations team while tracking the sites performance to Key Performance Indicators. You will report directly to the site’s Business Director. You will be based onsite in our Mississauga, Ontario facility.
