Position: Order Processing Co-ordinator
Location: Mississauga
Job Type: Full time, Direct Hire
The Program Coordinator will develop quotes, enter orders, track delivery and maintain support for the field sales team. This role coordinates our customer’s projects from the point of quote and ordering to complete delivery and supporting collection efforts as required. This critical role links our sales force with customer care, and asset management.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Customer set-up in the company ERP system
- Take daily calls from Field Sales Team and Customers for pricing, and specifications. Manage software database and provide status to sales team and customers periodically or upon request
- Quote preparation and presentation to key accounts
- Warranty Processing and communication of status with key accounts
- Provide weekly open order status to key accounts
- Order processing in Ln.
- Process customer returns according to established policies and procedures.
- Providing product information to customers.
- Monthly franchisee brokerage calculations and files for processing
- Work with Management on price file maintenance
Requirements:
- Experience with ERP system and Microsoft products (Excel, Access, Word and Outlook) a must.
- Ability to communicate (verbal and written) in a professional manner when dealing with associates, customers and company contacts.
- Several years relevant work experience.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced sales environment / customer demands. Bilingual (English/French) preferred but not required.
- College/University or equivalent degree preferred
