You will make sure to adhere to established procedures to ensure systematic problem-solving and escalate when necessary. It’s important to maintain a pleasant and professional demeanour to uphold a positive image for the company. Additionally, you will keep accurate records of customer interactions. Additionally, during busy periods, you will provide support to other departments within the contact centre to maintain operational efficiency.Hours of Work: Full Time, PermanentCustomer Service Representative Requirements:

  • Strong Customer Orientation
  • Proven background in a customer-facing environment
  • Experience of creating well written responses within a quality-based framework
  • High level of communication skills both verbal and written
