Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative provides excellent customer service to customers by placing orders, answering questions and resolving concerns. CSR will also work as a team player with the Sales Team and rest of Customer Service Team in Canada.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS

  • Manage Key Accounts, mini key accounts and Independent accounts, by providing exceptional customer service and accurately processing orders;
  • Track customer orders/shipments and follow-up when necessary;
  • Assist customers by answering queries, problem solving and providing detailed information;
  • Run weekly and monthly reports to maintain a clean order bank
  • Help create customer skus in the system as well as enter booking orders;
  • Prepare manual credit/invoices with appropriate supporting documentation;
  • Check availability of product;
  • Answer consumer requests through infocanada emails;
  • Check and respond to customer requests through orderdesk emails;
  • Process cancellations as needed;
  • Provide support to sales team as needed;
  • Process Return Authorizations.
  • Any other duties that arise from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Positive, service-oriented attitude with a commitment in offering superior service;
  • Detail oriented and organized;
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • University degree or College Diploma in a related field;
  • 2-4 years customer service experience in an office environment;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft applications.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use of hands, or feel, and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk; sit, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel. The employee is occasionally required to sit for long period of times.

Salary Range: $45,000-$50,000
